Forexmanagedaccounts.eu, hereafter referred as "The company", will treat all information regarding you and your investment (whether entered into before or after the investment was contemplated and whether originating from you or a third party) as confidential.

"The company" will not disclose any information that it holds about you or your account except in the following circumstances: where "the company" is compelled to do so under law; where you have provided your prior written authorisation to do so; where it is in "the company" interest to do so; or where it is in the public interest to do so; where "the company" needs to disclose information to other financial institutions for the purposes of fraud prevention.

"The company" may be required to disclose information about you and your investment to third parties to facilitate the provision of services to you. In such circumstances you will be notified of this fact in advance of the service being provided to you and your confirmation that this information can be shared with the relevant third parties will be requested in the relevant application form.
